SelfieToPro provides AI-powered headshot generation services that transform user-uploaded photos into professional headshots. Our service uses artificial intelligence technology to create high-quality professional images suitable for business and personal use.

Payment is required before processing your headshots. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe. All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Refund Policy: Individuals requesting a refund within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund if the customer has not downloaded any AI-generated photos. If the service fails to meet expectations due to technical issues or quality discrepancies, customers may contact support within the 14-day period for review. We reserve the right to offer partial or full refunds at our discretion after reviewing service usage and issues encountered.

Customers who have previously received a refund acknowledge that subsequent purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. This applies regardless of device, account, or payment method used.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. The AI-generated headshots created by our service become your property upon successful payment and processing. SelfieToPro retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable data to improve our AI models.

You grant SelfieToPro a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded images for the sole purpose of generating your headshots. This license terminates upon completion of service delivery.

By uploading photos to our service, you grant SelfieToPro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use your uploaded images solely for the purpose of generating your AI headshots. This license terminates upon completion of service delivery.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have necessary rights to all uploaded content; (b) your content does not infringe any third-party rights; (c) your content is not inappropriate, offensive, or objectionable; and (d) you have permission to upload photos of any other persons depicted.

5.2. AI Training and Model Improvement

By using our service, you acknowledge that your uploaded images may be used to train and improve our AI models, provided that all personal identifying information is removed or anonymized. You may opt out of this by contacting our support team.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or that generated images will meet your exact expectations. AI technology has inherent limitations and may not perfectly replicate professional photography.

SelfieToPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
